Instant Nonfat Dry Milk
What’s in INFDM?
Instant Nonfat Dry Milk is an excellent way to give your family a delicious, nourishing drink at a real value. The milk powder we use is 100% milk. The only difference between instant milk and 1%, 2% or whole liquid milk you purchase in the store is that it has been dried to remove the fat and water. Instant milk contains proteins, vitamins and minerals in the same relative proportions as the fresh milk from which it is made. It is low in calories and fat – approx. 80 calories and less than 1% fat in an eight fluid ounce serving.
How long can I store my INFDM?
Normal shelf life is 2 years. However, depending upon how carefully it is stored, it could be kept past that time. Please keep in mind when doing so, the flavor may not be as fresh as it was prior to the expiration date.
Vitamin D3 – what is the source?
According to Federal Regulations, all milk is required to be fortified with Vitamin D3. this vitamin’s source is from animal fats. The majority of Vitamin D3 is consumed via milk or through fish oils. An interesting fact is that our bodies synthesize the Vitamin D3 through their skin.
Is INFDM pasteurized?
Yes, it is made from fresh, pasteurized nonfat dry milk to which no preservatives, alkali, neutralizing agent or other chemical has been added.

Our oatmeal products are wheat-free formulations, and allergen wash downs are preformed on our equipment to help prevent cross contamination. However, all oats contain trace amounts of other grains due to harvesting, storage and transportation procedures. As worldwide gluten-free guidelines have not been established, we cannot guarantee at this time that our oatmeal products are 100% free of wheat.
