Sturm has a complete line of sugar free instant oatmeal including Maple Brown Sugar, Apple Cinnamon, Cinnamon Roll and a Variety Pack.

Are Sturm oatmeal products gluten-free?

Our oatmeal products are wheat-free formulations, and allergen wash downs are preformed on our equipment to help prevent cross contamination. However, all oats contain trace amounts of other grains due to harvesting, storage and transportation procedures. As worldwide gluten-free guidelines have not been established, we cannot guarantee at this time that our oatmeal products are 100% free of wheat.
